I never ever drink caffeine and today I had a Red Bull. It was hours ago and I'm still so jittery I can hardly see straight. Does anyone know anything to calm myself down? I feel really awful. Thanks for answering.
You might want to just wait till it wears off..
Otherwise don't have any sugar..or carbs, eat things that don't have much energy LOL. Lots of water!
Valerian or Kava Kava or Chamomille tea may help you if you want to take something.
