and you'll see - unfortunately it's true, you'll have to eat mostly veggies and protein (but I decided not to torture myself to the extremes, I eat 1 serving of fruit every day, not banana, mango or any really sweet kind, also I eat some whole grains every day like millet or spelt...)
I would definitely recommend you to take probiotics and if you decide to go for the candida treatment, do research on the different supplements available as they are so many...
If you don't have some major issue with yeast, just go with something simple and consider to do some parasite
and intestinal cleansing as well - you can find tons of info on this site. Take your time and read as much as you can first to get a clear understanding what is going on in your body and why you have this problem.
