I have read that CoQ10 is a good parasite cleanser. I would like instructions on using it. How much do I take, do I need to fast, how soon do you see results? I would assume that it gives you dirreah, is that right? Might be a good time to stay home. I had pain in my liver and gallbladder area several months ago and did a liver cleanse. It helped considerbly. I read that it is a good idea to do a parasite cleanse also. I know that we deworm all our livestock every year and it helps keep them healthy. Anyhow, I would appreciate any help with this.
