Shelley, I don't know exactly what in the protein drink has been helping my skin but it's definitely clearer and smoother since starting to drink them for breakfast and I feel a bit better. I'm also adding 2 TBSP of whole ground flax seed, which I believe is helping regularity. Thanks so much for the recipe!

So are the little bumps on the back of your upper-arms gone too? That's one of my basic self-tests to see how I'm doing. :) Since I've been down with the flu they've come back - I'm due for a coconut oil infusion.
