Vitamin K has been implicated recently, C always was, and E is also implicated. Wheat germ oil is an excellent source of E. K comes mostly from friendly flora and dark green, leafy veggies.
Spinach, asparagus, and carrots are good sources of vitamin E but you ahve to remember to eat them with an oil/butter in order to absorb the E. So if you juice them, eat some butter at the same time. Try juicing
a carrot/spinach drink and whatever else you like for about 5 days and see where that gets you, or get wheat germ oil too. :)
