Hi and welcome to the forum!
Okay, whenever there is way too much sweating anywhere, it means your whole entire body is way out of balance in terms of heat. You need to take lukewarm showers, stay out of the hot sun or wear a hat, and avoid all chili powder/ginger type spices. Your diet should be mainly cool and cooling foods such as raw salads, raw veggie juices, sour tasting foods, no animal meat of any kind just fish and eggs for protein, no iced drinks but plenty of water. Drink Fennel tea occasionally.
It's important to take an air bath at least part of the day - that means hanging out with no clothes on for a few minutes. Dry brush during this time too.
It's important to wear only clothes that breathe, such as cotton and silk. You may want to trim down or shave your pubic hair. Aloe vera juice or witch hazel can be applied as a natural anti-perspirant or toner.
You can draw away the heat from that area by giving yourself foot baths (fill a bucket with warm water and 1/2 cup
Epsom Salts ) and keeping a cool cloth on the back of the neck.
It helps to keep the intestines clean, have at least one bowel movement a day preferably two, and always eat in a way that's beneficial for the power of digestion (see FAQ).
Hope that helps! :)
