Okay... first off, it's actually okay to not go for 12-24 hours after a thorough enema or colonic, as that is often the usual transit time for people. The colonic
will take out ALL your meals, most people are 2-3 meals behind what they actually void, if you know what I mean. :)
The fact that it's taking you longer than that and they are compact means you are not taking in enough water OR eating things that moisten the colon. Your colon is wayyyyy too dry. You need to take in lots of fluids, take 1 tsp of watersoluble fiber 3x day - frequency and regularity is important - in at least 12 oz
water; at least one apple a day; eat some vegetables; drink some rehydrating drinks.
Have you picked up any of the hot cereals I keep recommending? It's the easiest way to get more fiber into your diet. :) They only take 5-10 minutes to cook, all you gotta do is give them water. ;)
