There is a lot of controversy on this topic. But srping water and distilled water come out as the two prefered types of water.
In my opinion, spring water is better than distilled water because it has got electrolytes: natural mineral (calcium, sodium etc) that are essential to your body.
If you can only have access to distilled water, then it is a good idea to put some lemon juice in it or else some baking soda (to make it alcaline).
