I eat alot of chicken, some mince (beef) but mostly fish (salmon, cod, haddock, sea bass, prawns) I ate ALOT of vegetables and then once every 10 days or so I would have brown rice (to keep my energy up). I eat quinoa once a week. I ate quite alot of rye crackers with hoummous and occasionally a yeast free bread alternative (perhaps made from amaranth, quinoa or rye). I have been able to relax this as I've been getting better and I'm now okay to have carbohydrates and even some low Sugar
fruits. It just takes time and a huge amount of patience. Having said that- the diet was combined with alot of supplements and I expect that they were probably what kept my b movements pretty regular.
