I am new, too. I bought the book the 12 steps to raw by Victoria Boutenko and am reading it. I think I will 12step into the program... and get off of my "cooked food addiction"
She says in there that as long as we eat 1% cooked we will crave it. Sort of like a drinker only having a drink once and a while.
Who knows... I am not changing over yet (I am waiting until I get a few more tools like a juicer and a spirooli) I am still eating partially raw for now... but every day is a step closer to the goal. Good luck!
