When parasites, yeast, bacteria etc. die, their bodies or debris which also include the parasites
body waste are carried to your blood stream. From there they are carried to your filtration system which mainly include the lymph, kidneys and your liver. We call that *die-off* and when the balance of die-off and level of filtration get out of whack, your body begins shoving this die-off out through your skin which is the body's largest organ of elimination. Thus the appearance of skin eruptions and pimples and boil sort of things. parasites
like to burrow into the walls of your intestine and also enjoy making homes in old fecal debris which when that is flushed out, contribute to the *toxins* which is a term we use like an umbrella to include all of the above and even remnants of the old prescriptions you took years ago etc. In the FAQ is a story of someone who released an old penny they had swallowed as a kid!
I dont use the senna tea but from anecdotal evidence, others do and survive the experience. We are working to improve our bowel function anyway and since its not pushing lots of solid stuff its not doing as much damage such as making our muscles *lazy*. I never take a laxative tea otherwise and after 30 days of Smooth Move, transitioned easily and effortlessly into eliminating on my own steam...
I am glad you are going further in your cleanse since if you are detoxing, this is a good sign of progress and why stop it mid-stream so-to-speak. Its best never to end on a low either. Even when you do stop the cleanse the body is still in detox mode and will continue until the energy needed for digestion becomes more important. Thats why it is nice to give the body a rest from that chore so it can use the energy you provide to clean, repair, and rest.
Keep up the good work!
here is an article which can explain die-off a little more although it is about using Colloidal Silver
but other cleanses can produce similar reactions so this is why it is necessary to find balance so as not to overburden your body
