I have no hard and fast facts either way, but opted to wait until after the Master-Cleanse to begin OP. Even if there's just a minor chance of it, I didn't want to risk pulling out anything valuable my body was getting from the lemonade (minerals, to be specific). You'll have a lifetime to OP when you're done with the Master-Cleanse =)
