I would say yes, although I'm a big fan of the SWF, in spite of itself. The SWF (Salt-Water-Flush)
is so good for a nice full flushing from the rooter to the tooter. An enema can't replace it's value IMHO.
However, personally I would champion for an enema in place of the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush)
before I would an additional lax tea (or more specifically, laxatives twice a day for 10+ days straight). See how it works for you, as every *body* is different.
BTW, feel like trying the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush)
again? There are some great tips on getting it down even as recently as a day ago. In short, some options from the forum:
try drinking it down fast
try slower (like over 20 min)
try it through a straw
try drinking a full glass of water before the swf
try it warm
try it cold (I always did cold and was so much easier for me)
try mixing salt in 8oz of water, drink it then flush that with the remaining 24oz of water (someone please check my words here... whoever said they do this)
Much health to you!
