I'm on day 1, also. I had gone 5 days last time when I had to stop for medical reasons (not caused by the cleanse).
I was told to drink the
SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) as warm as you can stand it. It makes it easier to go down. It really has helped me.
The book says to do the tea at night, and the swf in the am. if you can't do the swf have the tea in the morning in replacement of the swf. I did that one day last time and didn't like it. I don't cramp up from the night tea but having it twice really made me feel awful. The swf goes through you quicker, too, so it's over and done with instead of waiting for the tea to kick in and worrying about where you might be when it does.
I can't believe the benefits I got last time even though I didn't go the full length of time. Most of the things have come back but I've been waiting to be able to start this again so that I can feel like that good again and do it for at least the 10 days (may go longer, playing it by ear) so I can truly detox. I started today with a friend and I'm glad there are others here starting today, too. :)
