There are LOTS of tools one can use to help heal the body herbally and otherwise. The Curezone has sooooo many really neat forums which are worth exploring. For example the Bath and Salt forums are favorites of mine. If you look under ALL in the forum listing there is an alphabetical list of all the forums offered and it is a nice thing to do if you ever make the time to poke your head into the ones that grab your interest or which may deal with an issue you are dealing with.
The thing about detoxing is that you need to find your personal balance so that you do not set your body into a crisis. It is not always the best thing to DETOX. Sometimes you have to rebuild the volume in the blood, as well, stop what you are doing to detox and allow your body TIME to handle the current work load before taking on more.
Granted there are *tricks* to help facilitate this process but it is best to have an understanding of what is happening so you can understand why you are paying attention to your body's stress signals. You may very well have done the best thing for your body by backing off. It took a long time to get to the toxic state many of us find ourselves in, and it will take time to safely detox and to rebuild our relationships with food and healthy lifestyle habits.
Hydrotherapy in the way of bathing is so very helpful, as is the use of claypacks, even the oil-pulling Chiron has posted about I am sure will become another addition to many's *toolbag* for detoxing. One person posted, perhaps on the bowel forum, how they did the "ultimate" salt bath where it is done dry and you need someone to help but you are basically buried in the tub with bags of rock salt. It can be rescooped out and used over but she said she could feel incredible shifts doing that. There are lots of good ways to say YES to us which are not too costly and which really help. Something as simple as opening your window at night, or taking a sunbath or getting your barefeet on the ground for 15-20 minutes a day is of great benefit...
Best of luck to you on your next cleanse!!
blessings,
Zoe
