I've done the Master-Cleanse in the past and faithfully used distilled water. However a couple of times in a pinch, I have purchased conventional spring water like Poland Spring because distilled wasn't available. Thinking back to those cleanses, I can't recall feeling any difference between making the lemonade with distilled or spring water. So my question is, can I do the cleanse just using my Britta filtered water instead of buying jug after jug of distilled and throwing away all those plastic bottles.
