assuming you do it in the morning, first thing, and that you are not eating from the evening before, it merely helps move out the first solids,then you get the mostly clear liquid, just like the MC. Actually, it's wonderful. Unless, for some reason you don't naturally have a bowel movement first thing AM. Or--if you are unusually dehydrated, and/or salt-deficient. (That is, in the 80 or so MINERALS that are in real Sea Salt
in which case, you might absorb it.

If you do this, off the MC, then follow up the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush)
with water. ( I sip about 16 oz.
warm, and then a further 16 cool and/or with lemon.
It's a good beginning to a day of being drawn to more natural foods. Fruit, vegetables, nut and vegetable fats, good potassium broths, and so on.
