I bet you're busy, with what all them dogs and all, how do you ever find time to make meals from scratch ? got any family recipes was handed down to ya ? I think that without good eating, life becomes miserable, the value of a good cook in a home is more than she could earn working a job in a lot of cases, if the woman knows about iodine, boron, vit K, et cet. Tell me your thoughts on becoming subjected to this kind of bullshit, like a little ignorant slave:

This is a reply to # 2,419,929Well as we have learned here on curezone, not every bit of advice given works for every person, but some believe like Aristotle, "It is well to be up before daybreak, for such habits contribute to health, wealth, and wisdom."

As a young person I would stand beside my grandmother watching her cook. She did not pass down anything written to share for she measured by her own two hands and the power of "eye-balling" the measurements. However, not all that she taught me was healthy. She was the best cook by most people's standards but when looked at closely by more "health conscience" eye-balling, I found that what she cooked to be the very core to why she didn't live very long. Yet, my grand father did. So that is another subject for another time.
The best thing they taught me was to grow a garden, which did take a lot of time and effort, but at least it was seasonal. I watched my poor g-mom sweat a gallon as she canned foods all the time in her overly-heated little kitchen. I vowed I would not kill myself working that hard as I saw her do, even if I knew I needed the good nutrition that the garden gave. So I found a new way to take the load off of me, by investing in a freeze dryer instead. People can research what that is and the benefits it has. Families can joint invest in one and share to help more people in their extended family, especially the one's that can not afford to buy one themselves. It can be a loving gesture and a way for families to talk about the need of good quality foods, as well as spending good quality time together, working for a greater cause.
So my opinion of your article is to do the right things you know you need to do for your health now, while we wait for "change" to come to the "system". Each cog in the wheel has to be analyzed closely to find the cracks and replaced. Don't wait for anyone or any system to save you. Depend on the Lord and ask for His wisdom to find the truth of what each person needs to be healthy. Don't lose faith and give up. You are not alone.

Sweating in the kitchen and hard sweat work in general is coded into us, otherwise we wouldn't sweat !! I'm no genius, I go by intuition and it seems sweating is an activity enjoyed by many, including the athletic types !! Haha, I bought a beat up old ugly property house last summer, and sweated my tail off doing more work than the other house flippers wanted to do, and now have a sweet homestead that I saved !! Kinda like some old cars, tractors and dames I've worked on previously, it gives me some measure of joy to see things restored. A good cook is hard to find !! No need to advise on not giving up, I've succeeded in everything I've endeavored to my content. I look for the next challenge, which is to find a good cook, who can poach my eggs just right in the morning or evening.Advertisement
