Wow! That is probably the closest resemblence to what I'm dealing with myself. Though I see them on my skin, clothing and throughout my environment; house,car; floating through the frigging air! The longer they get the more of a reddish/orange color they seem to turn. The tiny ones are white and almost clear. They emerge from lint (bobbles) on my clothes with one end spiral curled as if it has just uncoiled out of a cocoon. Its insane! I think that I've had them for a long time but disregarded them as hairs that shed from my golden retriever. That is until I start getting acute symptoms but I have been having vague symptoms for years, possibly decades!

Link does not work. Likely a nematode, could be pinworms or threadworms. Nematodes have a wide range of diversity so identification of the specifics may not be possible but nematodes are treated alike.
