It may. It has happened to others. It depends on what species you have. I think the most irritiable ones are the rounds and threads. Flukes move slowly so that might not be an issue. You can try taking it with some piperazine (either citrate or the natural form, xantopharmeila scabrosa). Piperazine paralyses them more or less and they stop moving temporarily. Also DEC does the same. Are you familiar with the dosing?
If you have flukes (liver flukes, the rolled up tomato skins) I would continue your current regime but be aware you might not be getting most of them without the meds they require. Many rounds of prazi+alb helps a lot, it reaches those that are not in your GI anymore.
