I have acute hepatitis A since 1 month. Although Hepatitis A is gets cured by itself in 6 months or so, can Water Fasting help in treating it faster as I need to get back to work.
There is almost no content on Water Fasting and hepatitis A out there.
PS: all my symptoms went away 20 days ago.
