Disturbed sleep between 2 AM and 5 AM.

For the last 2 weeks or so, every other day I wake up between 2 and 5 AM and struggle to go back to sleep.
I try relaxing by paying attention to my breath, or listening to an audio recording, or doing yoga. Sometimes this works and sometimes it doesn't. I've also had this problem more intermittently over the last year.
I am wondering if part of the reason for this is that at times I wake up because of pain in my back and legs, which comes from a spinal condition I have called scoliosis. But these days I wake up even without the pain, probably because all the days of waking up with the pain have disturbed my body's sleep habits.

In Ayurveda 2 AM to 6 AM is time for vata, and I have aggravated vata, so that may be a reason too.

I am not under a lot of emotional stress.
NATURALLY A BUSY MIND WILL NOT SLEEP WELL
I go to bed around 10.30 PM every day, after half an hour of yoga.
PERHAPS EXERCISE WOULD BE BETTER IN THE MORNING AND A NICE LONG HOT BATH BEFORE YOU GO TO BED EACH NIGHT AROUND 11 PM-12 PM AND NORMAL WOULD BE TO GET UP AT 7 AM EACH MORNING
I generally wake up around 7 AM. I eat dinner at about 7.30 in the evening, at least 3 hours before going to sleep, and often earlier.
I am 33,

RAW VEGETABLES TEND TO HAVE ALLOT OF PARASITES/EGGS AND ALWAYS THE WRONG SIZE MINERALS, SO SWEET TREE/VINE FRUITS ARE FAR BETTER AND NATURAL. NOTHING ABOUT VEGETABLES OBEYS NATURE.
- diet which is mostly organic, and don't take caffeine, White Sugar , alcohol, cigarettes or any allopathic drugs.
I'm already supplementing magnesium and b-12, 2 things that are recommended for sleep issues.
MAGNESIUM ? AT THE MOST, TAKE 1/4 TEASPOON OF EPSOMS SALTS 1X PER WEEK
AVOID ALL PILLS SOLD WITH MAGNESIUM
B-12? THIS IS A MAN CREATED THING--NOT SOMETHING YOU WOULD BE ABLE TO "BUY" UNLESS IT WAS SYNTHETIC/FAKE….SO IDEALLY AVOID ALL VITAMIN INFORMATION AS IT IS A FRAUD.

OK AND BEWARE ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING AND EVERYBODY CAN BE REPRESENTED ON THE CUREZONE AND THERE IS SOME EXTREMELY BAZZAR SUBJECTS BEYOND BELIEF---SO READ MANY SOURCES BEFORE YOU TRY SOMETHING "WEIRD".
and as often, the answers I found were so vast and so varied that I am not sure how to practically approach this problem again.
What could be the reason for disturbed sleep?
ON THE EXTREME YOUR SKULL PLATE ABOVE YOUR EAR COULD BE MOVED SLIGHTLY WHICH WOUD STIMULATE A HORMONE PRODUCING GLAND THAT WILL NOT PERMIT YOU TO SLEEP MORE THAN A FEW MINUTES.
ODDS ARE YOUR JUST NOT RELAXED ENOUGH OR THINKING TOO MUCH
THE YOGA WOULD BE FINE IF YOU TOOK A NICE HOT BATH AFTERWARDS AND "RELAXED" AND YOU CAN PUT EPSOMS SALTS IN YOUR BATH WATER IF YOU WANTED TO.
TOO MUCH HORMONES FLOATING IN YOUR BLOOD STREAM CAN MAKE YOU HAVE DREAMS OR NOT RELAX, SO IDEALY A LOVING RELATIONSHIP KEEPS A MAN SO TIRED HE NEEDS HIS SLEEP BECAUSE HE HAS TO WORK TO SUPPORT THE FAMILY AND HE NEVER GETS TO SLEEP IN. WORK IS OFTEN ALL ANYONE NEEDS TO SLEEP.
What can one do about it?
STAY UP UNTIL YOU ARE TIRED
THOSE THAT WATCH TV KNOW TV PUTS ANYONE TO SLEEP
THERE ARE A HANDFUL OF HERBS KNOWN TO AID PEOPLE SLEEPING, I CALL THAT GROUP OF HERBS SLEEP EAZE
IDEALLY TAKE 4 CAPSULES AT BED TIME AND 2-4 WHEN YOU WAKE UP. AT YOUR AGE YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO JUST RELAX.
There a very large number of remedies that are written about here on curezone. After reading it all I decided I will try basil tea

NEVER HURTS TO SELF-EXPERIMENT AND FIND WHAT WORKS BEST FOR YOU
before sleeping, and use some lavender oil on my pillow.
ALLOT OF PEOPLE TODAY PROMOTE LAVENDER----I ALWAYS AVOIDED IT BECAUSE 1 SOURCE SOME YEARS AGO SUGGESTED LAVENDER MADE A MAN LESS A MAN…….AND THAT IS PROBABLY B/S, BUT YA NEVER KNOW, SO I AVOIDED THAT ONE FOR ALL MALE FORMULAS.
Also an ayurvedic pill that contains valerian
VALERIAN IS THE KING OF THE SLEEP HERBS
and some other Indian herbs, plus I'll see a Tibetan doctor I've been seeing for other issues to ask if I can do anything else.
DO THE YOGA THING IN THE MORNING AND NICE BATH BEFORE BED.
PLENTY OF WORK AND DO NOT GO TO BED UNTIL YOU ARE SLEEPY
IF YOU HAVE NO BETTER 1/2, THEN THAT COULD EXPLAIN ALLOT-----THE BETTER 1/2 ALWAYS WEARS A PERSON OUT BY BED TIME.
