I know how u feel. It's gets trying sometimes, but just be strong. God wants to see you happy and thriving. I want to share what has helped me. I was always told my odor was diet related. I really couldn't understand how food could make me smell so bad. So I deceided to change my diet completely one step as a time:
- Stopped all sugar
- drink plenty of water
- drink mugwort tea to kill
parasites (don't overdue bc it's toxic in large amounts)
- take magnesium citrate capsules to flush ur system
- eat apple for breakfast
- lunch and dinner eat salad with romaine lettuce, kale, tomatoes, feta cheese, Olive Garden salad dressing
- take probiotic
I been on this diet since Monday and nobody has complained abt my
Body Odor . Give this system a try for 2 week and see if it works.
