Wombat's posts about women's health probs and vit A deficiency are real eye-opening, could it be a help perhaps?

You're really well stocked in the Iodine and nutrient dept, but it might be viral load taxing the last bit of your healing.

Vit A is very antiviral, (though you want to keep K, D and E porportionate to it so you don't go wonky in the balances. )

It's endometriosis, cysts, heavy menses and breast lumps she has collected articles on, it's worth a search for her username and those terms on the Iodine VWT forum.

You know, a lot of these articles worth gold are from back when cod liver oil was Cod liver oil. No synthetic vit A in the mix. The vit A ratio was HIGH in those oils, like 10 parts A to 2 parts D, from wild caught salmon. A lot of DHA and other omega 3 fatty acids- all stuff that gets the lymph system flowing instead of getting bumpy and messy like happens with Acne and cysts.
