My perineum is swollen and so is the part beginning to connect to the anus and the top part of the anus. Is this protasis or internal hemorroids? I can't push to urinate or to have a bowel movement at the moment. I can urinate but it comes out without effort, I can't push. I ordered butcher's broom but I don't know if that will help the swollen perineum. Any thoughts?
