I did my protocol for about 8 months. I continued for 3 months after clearing them. I finished about 5 months ago. It seemed like I cleared hundreds of flukes along with ascaris, possibly also schistosomas and other unidentified parasites.
A month ago I did a parasite challenge test with Reese's Pinworm med and frozen cod liver oil. I found a couple of red worms and two tiny flukes but the flukes could have also been tissue or food. So I did a 6 day course of mebendazole along with a daily dose of frozen cod liver oil. I also did a second course of Reese's. That seemed to clear them out.
I am now doing a parasite challenge test every month at the full moon to monitor what's going on. I am finding that the Reese's gets harder on my body every time I take it.
Every three months I plan on doing a ten day herbal protocol just to be sure.
I am very hesitant to do praziquantel because the literature suggests that it may be carcinogenic.
My health is terrific now.
