I recommend doing the Plan first. A healthy intestinal ecosystem plays a significant role in protecting the body and eliminating metals and chemicals during a heavy metal cleanse. I would only use the NDF product for heavy metals and chemicals as it is slow and safe. An intact ecosystem helps to protect the organs of the body.

You can also consume a clay product like Terramin to help bind metals and chemicals during the process.

I haven't seen issues in using NDF and currently having fillings.
