Is white basmati rice and ghee possibly OK to include in the diet right from the start, or will they likely sabotage the plan?
The reason I ask is because I have severe food intolerances, especially to everything carbohydrate. I seem to do reasonably OK with basmati rice and ghee, however.
With ghee, it depends on the presence of any allergic reactions to dairy, which is one of the strongest allergens. Typically, it doesn't work. White rice is all carbohydrate and doesn't work well until Week 11.
