7wks in the plan and symptoms that i had 8mths ago when i had all the other symptoms of bloating ,gas and fatigue are now back even stronger. Pressure seems to be around thyroid and voice is hoarse also pressure in sinuses and congestion. The chronic infection in nasal passage has reduced after 3wks on plan. i see this by using an indian nasal wash. There is still some infection but much less. Ache in back, thoracic region. Reminds me of years ago when I had a chronic infection in lungs after influenza. doctot examined the chest and said it had gone over to pneumonia from bronchitis. This I was prescribed antibiotics. 15 yrs ago. Feels similar now. Feel unwell, breathing difficulty when going outside and walking. It seems it is not clearing up. Could this be a bacterial infection in the lungs. (also sweating a lot)
