I'm in the 3rd week of the plan, everything is going well, apart from hemmorrhoids that recently appeared (never suffered).

I really think that are caused by the heat of the sauna I take everyday (far-infrared).
Last year I had the same problem with a portable steam sauna.

Why does it happen?
I'm applying a topical cream, but the vein is still swollen. I'm afraid I have to stop having sauna to let this recover properly.
