Unless you simply have a nervous habit of biting your lips... when the lips are irritated it often means there is inflammation in the colon somewhere. Are you taking probiotics? Do you have any sore spots in your gut when you massage your belly? Do you have constipation and diarrhea? Do you have a bowel movement for every meal you eat? What are your stools like? What is your diet like?
Do you eat a nutrient dense high fiber diet that is low in Sugar
and fat? Do you make sure that you get plenty of essential fatty acids, both rough and sticky fiber, and probiotics?
is not for sissies, but it will improve the health of most anybody. I think peeling lips is more likely to be related to colon irritation, however. And yes, I have done liver flushes. I have also gotten rough spots on my lips after colonic
irrigation, which I attributed to the colonic

I would work on strengthening my intestines if I were you. That means making sure to have regular bowel movements, parasite
cleansing your guts, getting plenty of probiotics and the right kind of fiber. It is healthy to have a good bowel movement a few hours after every meal. Anything less is constipation. Get your guts going regularly in a healthy manner and your lips probably won't peel any more, unless you are chewing on them from anxiety, or you have a sunburn, or you have a rash on them.
