One more question, Dr Jeff, pls? Again, I'm on the Plan, now finishing week 7, eating low sulfur due to CBS gene variant, blood sugar protocol and still having loose BMs. I recently realized that even the celery (de-ribbed) is too much fiber for me. **Want to know if I can use 1/2 a stick of this grass-fed, sugar free jerky for wake-up snack only.
