Hi i'm 22 years old and i'm fasting because of a 4 year adderall (amphetamine) severe addiction (i was prescribed) and i'm on day 34 and my tongue is still white. I was told I shouldn't go past day 35 without medical supervision due to electrolyte deficiency. I really want to go to day 40 though. I drank spring water for the first 30 days then switched to Distilled. so i have a question.

How often do people actually run out of electrolytes? I ate a healthy Diet pre-fast of a lot of vegetables nuts avocadoes mangoes salmon eggs.

Do you think I can safely fast until day 40? I have no money to visit a fasting center to get my blood checked and I know the hospitals will think I'm crazy. Thanks
