hello. i was wondering how can you fast for a Liver Flush , without being starving.
is there any specific thing to do?? some help would be great. yee haw. so juice fasts are the best if im not corrected?.since im guessing the liver presssurizes the most?

This is a reply to # 2,253,719If you want to do Liver Flush you do not have to fast. On the day of the fast, you can eat light meals up to 2 pm. After the flush finishes next day, you should eat light meals, fruits, cereals etc.
