My name's Jeanette (Illys has been my username since 1994 ;).
My story is long and windy, some of it's on my profile page, I've had some recent pretty good results!
If you wanna fight the candida/help your kidneys (bags under eyes), there's several steps you need to take.
They're decently big, and challenging, but i've had success with especially these things..
Get a water filter that uses activated charcoal, and use a little chart to help you keep track of how many times you refill it. If you're in the united states, this is important because your stomach and kidneys are dealing with chlorine load. Drinking water and food-making water needs to come from that filter.
Alternatively, just do what a good aquarium owner does when preparing tap water for ze fishies-
put your water in a bucket on the counter away from cats and dogs, and let the chlorine evaporate from the water overnight!
Your kidneys will benefit best from a diet that is rich in the chlorophyl molecule, in potassium, in things that are easy to digest.
All of the foods you mentioned (pasta, pancakes, etc), are energy-stealers. They require minerals, which you get from the chlorophyll molecule, to digest, and from what you say, you're overwhelmed and low on those minerals in your body resources (fat, muscle and bone).
foods very high in chlorophyll are:
spinach, kale, broccoli, green beans (not canned), parsely, thyme, basil, oregano, ruccola.. You can tell by color. :-) If you buy at a local farmer's market, or with the label 'organic', you're on the right track.
organic fruits are also extremely high in potassium, and that gets trash through the kidneys without overtaxing them. If you are sufficient in potassium, you can see it in your pee- pee into a jar, let it sit covered with a clean cloth overnight to avoid the smell, and observe the results. if the pee is cloudy, unclear or funky, you have low potassium. If it smells somewhat of buttered popcorn, your blood has a bit too much oxidation (toxin overload), and it's taxing the kidneys like a big toll booth on a highway. ;-)
I find castor oil cleansing to be very effective. (there is a guide to it, castor oil liver flush, from the main menu)
I got lots of parasites out... just proceed forewards according to the plan you mentioned. :-)
Butyric acid. butyrate- this is the stuff! research it, thoroughly, and then dilute it in water, pat it onto your skin, watch the tinea versicolor ease away (it stops yeast overgrowth). from a fishing supply shop it's as cheap as dirt and goodgoodgood! 3 drops/liter to distilled water, good for drinking and stopping dihorrea, 5-6 drops/liter, treats IBS in enema water. (treat enema water just like what you eat/drink, de-chlorinate!)
I'm getting very sleepy now.
my forum posts may be your ^^
