alrighty, i have a question.
Are any of you in the UK, and more specifically, in Edinburgh? ANY idea where i might find B or C grade maple syrup? A is easy enough to find. (just like white flour...;-)) but i havent come across the others, even in health food shops.
I'll keep looking, but if anyone knows, please tell me!

MoreThis is a reply to # 224,748I've read that A is okay to use but B is ideal.
I also read somewhere that B & C (at least in the states) is now essentially the same due to some new regs with the FDLMNOP or whomever.
I'm using A because B was unavailable when I needed it. When I go for a refill, I'll head to the health store to get B. - Re: B/C grade maple syrup in UK?? smurph928
