I just bought a bag of realsalt a week ago. Figured i needed some other minerals as ive just been going through boxes of pickling salt.
I honestly think i was taking in so much pickling salt that my potassium was low and causing nose bleeds because since i pulled back on the pickling a bit, i havent had a nose bleed but who knows could be unrelated.
So what's the best way to get a full spectrum of minerals? Plants/sea vegetables?
Edit
"..plenty of posts why pure Salt is the only one that does not screw with water retention.."
interesting because i noticed i was waking up to pee about a week ago, thought it was my home brewed kombucha since my dad was experiencing frequent urination as well but i guess it could be the realsalt, although i just use it on food.
BTW, the kombucha i make seems to really clean out the intestinal tract and help break down meals, i take it before and after.
