I personally did several Water Fasts
snd the 2 longeest were 14 days.
I do not remember whether u mentioned in your post it is ur first water fast.... so just want to remind u that ideally the amount of days fasted should be equal the amount of days to refeed.
Well, not sure u can stick to the plan I had having 10-14 days into it but experienced fasted suggested me that..
1st day - juices or fruits (try not to overeat as the stomach shrunk)
2nd day - juices, perhaps fruits, melon.....
3d day - juices, fruits, some raw salad (not sure u can have some cooked veggies with NO oils perhaps ya.
4th days - the same but to ur salads u can add some raw avocado (not much)
5th day - the same but u can add a bit more Healthy fast (i usually go for avocado)
6th - 7th day - u can add a bit of either carbs (like brown rice, oats) or protein (ideally not meat).. and to make nuts more easily digestable u need to soak a few of them in enough amount of water for 7 h (they stil will be crunchy)
8-9-10th ... basically the same and Not to overeat and NO junk (!!!)
... If u went for 22 then u need to stick to NO junk meals may be at least another week.
I remember days when i was refeeding after my very first 10 day fast... till day 8 of re-feeding i was a good girl and did as I discribed above but then on day 8 of my re-feeding i just decided to eat chocolate, spagetty qith Uncle bans source so...... I was all pale, had diarea, very painful stomach and vomiting...
So.. u Better be EXTREMELY Careful at least for the first 10-12 days of refeeding, Ya??
