I went to the dentist today and am feeling so down. I’ve been following most aspects of the protocol in 'Heal Tooth Decay' for almost a year now. (I had another tooth issue I won’t go into here for brevity’s sake) I have been pretty militant about my diet (almost grain free) except have had some corn tortillas and gluten free cookies creeping onto my plate recently. I take FCLO, eat liver, and lots of veggies. I have not had much dairy in my diet for the last year though. I normally eat about 1 piece of fruit a day and have about 1 tsp of raw honey in my tea. Dentist says I need one filling and have two more small cavities that might remineralize. The tooth that "needs" the filling, was hurting, but I got strict on the 'Heal tooth decay' protocol and it feels fine now. I already have 8 existing fillings and one crown in my mouth. The thought of allowing more holes to be put in my teeth sickens me. We are trying to get pregnant and I know that can make mouth issues go even more haywire. Anyone have thoughts on what I should do? I want to belive that my teeth have the ability to heal themselves, but I feel like I’ve already been giving this everything I’ve got for so long. Shocked by this new decay.
