    Woke refreshed yet took forever to get moving, didn't have enough time to get coffee before work ... of all times...did not make IMAM....but did find little relief from making green tea at work with cinnamon, turmeric, black pepper. later took salt I had with some water.
    Next time I'll be more prepared

      Even had the flare up dates in a Calendar which I didn't look at..
      
      Coming from behind with massive Lyme toxins blocking the killing its best to take full dosage plus some extra. Also good to dose at least every two hours.

        Better this morning but then again I slept in...Made full 2 quarts.. sipping down the first dose felt better. Decided to get lamb curry, bad idea! after the first bite my heart was pinging! I can hear my heart rate in my head...packed it up and got home tried some oregano oil seemed to calm it down. shortly after more IMAM, barley malt too. Now I remembered why I took a break from that restaurant!
        
        Probably should have NOT Rifed today Duh
        Second (somewhat-solid) movement today, first in a while. My guess is they are cheapening out on the curry? might be some carrageenan gum, wont be back to find out till I figure it out
        Almost got the full batch down... stopping short
