Ok so i tried the Liver Flush without Epsom Salt and nothing happened. I want to use it with Epsom Salt but not sure where to buy (live in UK btw). I went on amazon and i saw food grade and medical grade and i dont know which one is consumable.
Magnesium Sulfate is called Epsom Salt in UK and USA.
In the rest of the world it is called Magnesium Sulfate.
In Germany it is called Bitter Salts.
In some other countries it is also called bitter salt.
Any quality (chemical grade or pharmaceutical grade ) is good enough.
chemical grade is usually 99.99% clean
pharmaceutical grade is at least 99.99% clean
You can purchase it as soaking aid in US, in just about every grocery store. Walmart, Food Lion etc. Usually costs one dollar per pound. Much cheaper than in Europe.
In my country I purchase 25 kg bag (fertilizer) chemical grade (99.99% clean) from an agricultural store.
It is as good and as clean as pharmaceutical grade, just about 25 -50 times cheaper the the one available in a local pharmacy. You can also use it as a bath salt, that is why you may need 25 kg.
