If thats your tongue, maybe thrash or sever case of yeast. Either way your immune system is on the down low. I'm not a medical profesional so you need to see your Doctor. I would take goldenseal, echenecia, and cayenne capsules.

Your thrush could be causing your cough (when I had it bad, candida was growing inside my throat). Antifungals and parasite cleanses can kill them off, but you'll have to take probiotics (the best are the bifidos) to repopulate your gut flora and prevent the candida from going back. Saccharomyces boulardii is an often suggested probiotic, but if your immune system is low, it could easily overgrow. Magnesium is good for constipation but if it's candidiasis causing it, then using antifungals to kill them off will make your constipation go away. You'll also have to see if your immune system is being suppressed by something (smoking?) Did you check your Vitamin D levels? A lot of us candida sufferers have low or nonexistent levels of the hormone, which makes us more susceptible to chronic infections.

Iodine and Colloidal Silver will help get rid of the underlying infection that is causing candida to flourish. Put a drop of Iodine on the back of your tongue and brush it in. The stuff In your tonsil crypts is called tonsillolith or Tonsil Stones, it builds up in the holes in your tonsils no matter how much you brush your teeth or rinse with mouthwash. It is harmless other than the discomfort of having large ones. You can remove them by pressing on your tonsil with your finger or the end of your toothbrush etc. And when they come out if you squish them they stink something aweful.
As for everything else this going on with your situation I would diagnose you with Morgellons or Paranoid Parasitosis. Seriously not trying to offend you, it is a real disease and you need to talk to your doctor about it.

You probably have all three kinds. Olive leaf for the fungus, goldenseal root for bacterial, echincea purpurea for virus. You can take them all at once with a cayenne cap. I'd be boosting my metabolism as hard as I could, which the hot beverage isn't as effective as the cayenne. I'd do at least 4 or more of each every 3 or 4 hours at first. I'd keep that up for a couple days--see how you feel (if you are) and report back how it's going.
