Around 8 months ago, after jumping into the GAPS diet feet first, my health took a real nose dive, and quite violently at that.
Unable to walk, irrational anxiety / fear for no reason, constant vertigo, ringing in the ears, unable to find words or make sense of basic conversation, terrible blood
Sugar control, short term memory shot to nothing, major reactions to all types of foods etc etc etc. This all happened pretty much over night - quite terrifying.
Fast forward up to now and I'm in a significantly better place, but not out of the woods yet. I've been working with a number of practitioners and just yesterday completed
Amalgam removal. Next week I'll be going back to our countries top heavy metal expert to discuss chelation etc.
In the mean time I have a concern around one of my remaining and most prominent symptoms. This comes and goes, but feels like a gentle rocking sensation through my body (sometimes I do visibly rock backwards and forwards very gently), also connected with my vision and sense of balance. Almost like my brain is drunk! Sometimes when I sit still, it feels like my brain is tipping gently from side to side, or when I'm walking, occasionally the floor feels like it temporarily gives way under one of my feet.
I'm still dealing with anxiety, so combining these two symptoms leaves me wondering if my efforts on GAPS have somehow mobilized a
parasite or worm into my brain. While I appreciate that this is entirely possible, what impressions do you get based on my symptoms above?
I'm keen to hear if anyone else has experienced anything like this and what, if any, success you've had in healing it.
Thanks all!
