Right!!! I really do believe my parents tried to do right by rushing me to the doctors for penicillin every time I got a cold or sore throat and pumping me full of steroids and what not. There was no internet in the 80s to research. You trusted doctors for everything. My father was in the military and my mother was a nurse... so I had the best of the best healthcare growing up, all my doctors, allergists, even dermatologist were all personal friends of my dads that he went to school with but unfortunately the best medicine failed me horribly and quite possibly set me up for all the health issues I've had in the past. It has failed us all.
The good news is that we still have time to make things right and enjoy what time we have left with improved health and start instilling the truth in our children.

I want to start my kids on iodine, but first I want to find out what the max dose is for a 45 pound child (my 5 and 8 year old weigh the same) and what cosupplements are required. I'll never get them to swallow some of the horse pills I have to take... but the selenium is small and they'll eat chewable C tablets like candy.. if I could get away with gummy vitamins and minerals and mix the pink salt flush with chicken broth, that will work beautifully.
