I eat fairly healthy I believe trying not to over do it on carbohydrates (mainly eat pasta/potatoes), no sweets/stuff on week-days, eat vegetables and such. However, weekends could be pretty unhealthy. Also started to eat a lot of diary again, sour-milk especially for the probiotics (bfidobacterium). Maybe this could be a problem.

I'm not sure about the main problem, I was at the doctor today and got diagnosed with Rosacea. I've done some rounds of Oregano oil, Berberine and Garlic to get rid of what i believe is Candida. Done a lot of Antibiotics
in my youth too. Skin problems got worse when starting to do this.
I've tried coffee enemas
which feel pretty good when I manage to hold it in but actually seems to worsen the skin condition, not make it better :(
