Ginagirl has provided you with an excellent response. I would simply like to add that the importance of water continues with any daily measure you take in the daily upkeep to health.
No matter what you learn about this mineral, that vitamin, this supplement, or that good food, ENOUGH daily pure water is paramount.
I know that this is NOT the "water" forum, but many people do seem to forget the importance of simple water in their daily routine; I'm not suggesting you're one of them, but for everybody reading my post, I simply wanted to remind everyone
of that fact.
I guess I wanted to add that, well, maybe I was suggesting it could be a concern on your part. I had Arthritis
before I knew about iodine, and that is when I upped my daily water intake. It resolved most of my arthritic conditions, including skin problems I was having.
