That was the question. I got so distracted with using or not using the PB shake while doing the
Master-Cleanse I forgot my priorities and my will just broke. I blew it on day eight of my
Master-Cleanse fast. It started with a kosher garlic pickle, just something to munch on, not to catastrophic. Then I figured I needed to cook up some brown rice, but that would take too long and I needed to eat now! So I dashed over to my neighborhood health food store to get some "healthy food". I bought some organic coconut macaroons, a bag of organic corn chips, a package of organic soy cheese to go with the rye crackers. (At least they weren't Ritz crackers.) That should hold me over until my organic brown rice was cooked. The result was an organic belly ache that didn't feel any beter than a standard one does.
Well live and learn, I hope. Today I deceided to do a pre Master Cleanse diet a good long while before my next MC. That means lots of fruit, eaten alone per food combining instructions, steamed veggies with Udo's Choice oil, no butter or dairy of any kind, non-flour bread (Trader Joe's has very good not too dense flourless bread), and half my body weight in
pounds ounces of water. Thats a little over a gallon of water (124oz.)for me. No more organic food orgies for me.
And while in pre-MC mode I can do the P&B shakes to clean up real good. Of course the P&B shake is 1 tbls. liquid
Bentonite (Sonne's #7 brand) 1 tsp. psyllium powder in 10oz. to 12oz. water shaken well and followed by at least 12oz. of water or more. Do this three time a day on an empty stomache at least one hour before or after eating. Did I get it right?
That is whats so nice about this self cleansing/healing, you can always do it again and apply the lessons learned from your "failures".
