Hey, I am going to be doing a MC, too. I just got done my first very successful LF, and I am going to keep eating for a few days (high fruits and veggies, vegetarian diet) to "rebuild" my resources so I'm not deficient in vitamins and minerals when I start my MC (I have a bad history of malabsorption issues so I want to make sure my body's reserves are good before I start another fast-- I just did an 11 day water fast a few weeks ago which did not go smoothly at all :( ).
But anyway I wanted to ask you, what's a P&B shake? Peanut Butter shake? j/k I've never heard of them (although, I haven't read the MC book yet, so perhaps it's in there and I just don't know about it yet).
ETA: Nevermind! I just searched around a bit and found out that P&B = PSYLLIUM & BENTONITE.
