Hi all. I've decided to give this shot as i have not found any cures to some of my problems. I've had on and off
Depression for about 6 years, have taken many antidepressants and other drugs but stopped taking them about three months ago. My
Depression is no longer an issue however my social anxiety is at an all time high. I can barely maintain conversation with people and feel very self conscience. My memory is pretty bad and i feel i can not think clearly. I dislike public speaking and new situations and feel so anxious. I eat pretty healthy during the day and exercise but ive been suffering from binge eating for about 3 years now. I mostly binge at night and end up eating a bunch of crap and feeling guilty after. I weigh 135 at 5'6 but i am unhappy with my appearance. Idk how to break this cycle and what foods/therapies are right for me. Any suggestions would help
