I've been reading autopsy reports of celebrities online. (http://www.autopsyfiles.org)
There are autopsy reports on there of some of the wildest celebs that ever lived.
Alcoholic rockstars, heroin shooting singers, anti-deppressant addicted playboy bunnies, you name it.
I didn't read all of them, and while some of them had an enlarged liver, fibrous liver tissue, cirrhosis or fatty liver.
None of them had gall stones.
Some did have "congested liver" so upon googling that term I found it to be called Congestive Hepatopathy, a congestion of the venous system due to cariac dysfunction. Which means not by stones blocking the Bilary tree.

MoreThis is a reply to # 2,103,290So, what is confusing? That it would not be reported even if Gallstones were present, or that they would not even bother looking because it may not be considered significant?
You should note that autopsies are looking for cause of death and unless badly infected the gall bladder would not be considered as suspect. Therefore it would not likely be examined very thoroughly.

This is a reply to # 2,103,389Well apparently they examine the liver extensively.
They measure the ammount and colour of bile in ml in the gall bladder, report the absense or presence of stones in the gall bladder, measure the sizes of the nodules in case of cirrhosis, dissect the liver and look at the state of the bilary tree, they weight the liver and look at the colour and fatty tissue.
I'm just confused, if there really are thousands of stones in every gall bladder and liver, how come that goes unnoticed?
I think I'll shoot an email to an anatomical pathologist and ask him straight up if he sees these intraheptic stones a lot.- Re: Confused Mr.Capricorn

I have done liverflushes myself. 90-100, I think. (over 5 years) STILL I'm producing lots of stones. I would clearly say, that the flushes help, but regarding the vast output of stones I'm not convinced that these are all stones from my liver!
